DATA & AI

Automation with personnel authority.

How ACTUALin handles technical evidence, automated processing and the review step before report generation.

THE BOUNDARY

What automation does — and what it does not do.

AUTOMATION DOES

ACTUALin uses automated processing to turn technician-provided field evidence into structured information and proposed entries for an existing report. The purpose is to reduce repetitive report entry.

AUTOMATION DOES NOT

ACTUALin does not independently determine whether an inspection passes, fails, is accepted or is rejected. A disposition is only carried into proposed report information when it is supplied in the technician's evidence.

PERSONNEL REVIEW

Proposed changes are presented before report generation. Users decide which proposed entries are accepted, and qualified personnel remain responsible for technical conclusions and the completed report.

DATA HANDLING

What happens to reporting information.

PROCESSING

Information submitted for automated processing is sent to specialized processing services as necessary to perform the requested extraction.

WORKSPACE DATA

Free Sandbox generated report records and associated stored report evidence are temporary and expire on a rolling 24-hour basis. Paid workspaces retain completed report history and saved report templates while the subscription is active, until they are deleted through workspace controls. After paid access ends, they remain downloadable for a 30-day read-only export window and are then scheduled for removal.

ACCESS & MANAGEMENT

Access controls are used to prevent one ordinary account from retrieving another workspace's saved reporting data. Workspace owners and administrators can delete stored report records, generated workbook data, report evidence and saved report templates. Account, billing, security and audit records are handled separately from that report-data control.

ORGANIZATION RESPONSIBILITY

Use ACTUALin where your requirements permit it.

Users should submit only information they are authorized to process through ACTUALin. Organizations remain responsible for determining whether their contractual, regulatory, client, quality-system or data-handling requirements permit use of the service for a particular report or dataset.

IMPLEMENTATION NOTEACTUALin may change the underlying technologies and service providers used for automated processing as the product evolves. Public descriptions focus on customer-information handling, processing purpose and user-facing controls rather than proprietary implementation details.
