TERMS
Terms of Service
Effective October 23, 2026
Using ACTUALin
These terms govern access to and use of ACTUALin. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting account credentials and ensuring that use of the service through your workspace is authorized.
Technical responsibility
ACTUALin assists with report preparation. It does not replace qualified technical judgment. ACTUALin prepares proposed report entries from information supplied by users. Users remain responsible for reviewing proposed changes, verifying the accuracy and completeness of completed reports, applying applicable procedures, standards and acceptance criteria, and making all technical determinations.
Your content
You retain your rights in the reports, templates, evidence and other content you submit. You grant ACTUALin the limited rights necessary to host, process, reproduce and transform that content solely as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You represent that you have the authority to submit content you provide to ACTUALin.
Acceptable use
You may not use ACTUALin unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorized access to another workspace, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, circumvent usage limits, or use the service in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
Plans and billing
Free, pilot and paid access are subject to the limits shown for the applicable plan. Paid plans are billed monthly at the price presented at purchase. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid subscriptions continue until cancelled. A workspace owner can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls. Cancellation scheduled for the end of a billing period leaves paid access active through that period.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Monthly paid subscriptions renew for successive monthly billing periods until cancelled. The applicable plan price and currency are displayed before purchase. You can cancel through the billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period. Contact contact@actualin.com for billing errors or refund requests. Nothing in these terms restricts any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
After paid access ends
When paid access ends because a subscription is cancelled, not renewed or unpaid, your company workspace becomes read-only for 30 days. During this export window you can view and download completed reports and saved templates; new processing and workspace changes are paused. After the 30 days, report records, stored report evidence, generated workbooks and saved templates are scheduled for removal, with advance email notice. Resubscribing before removal restores processing and keeps the remaining data. Removed data cannot be restored. Account, membership, billing and audit records may be kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, modify or discontinue features as the service develops. We aim to operate ACTUALin reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features that depend on third-party services may also be affected by those services.
Disclaimers and limitation
ACTUALin is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The service is a reporting aid and is not a substitute for inspection procedures, professional judgment, quality systems or required review. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ACTUALin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for material violation of these terms, unlawful use, security threats or non-payment of applicable fees. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions about these terms may be submitted through ACTUALin's published contact channels.
