Kevin's background spans materials testing, manufacturing, technical documentation and inspection-related work. ACTUALin grew from seeing the same practical problem across technical environments: valuable field and test information still has to be manually transferred into structured reports after the work is done.
The product is built around a principle from that experience: software should remove repetitive reporting work without taking technical judgment away from the people responsible for it.
